Stylish eyes with model Jen Selk

MODELLING | How many spectacles does one woman need?

2018: Remember how I told you I was a baby model?

Yep. As mentioned in a previous post, while I was ostensibly a newspaper office admin worker, I was also moonlighting as a baby journalist, AND at the same time, I was moonlighting as an occasional catalogue-style “model”.

I’m so not a real model.

I’m 5’4″ and even when I was thin and engaging in a raging eating disorder, I wasn’t really model material. Nonetheless, I was apparently good looking enough to model ridiculous-ass nonsense in a newspaper. Scroll down to the second image for the real winner.

This piece in which model Jen Selk (lol) wears gorgeous eyewear was originally published in the Vancouver Sun, June 29, 2004 under the headline “Stylish eyes”.

Want to see more of tacky baby model Jen Selk? It’s so embarrassing, but it’s also funny.
